He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neva Belle Nelson and John Arthur Lasslett; his wife Donna Travis of Wenatchee, Washington.; his sister Janet Hartman (Mart); his children, Charles Lasslett (Laura), Brenda Pirmann (Wayne), David Lasslett (Teresa), Connie Tinkam (Patrick), Judi Zamba (Mitch) and John Lasslett (Liz); and his stepsons, Brent Travis (Kristi) and Roger Travis (Toni).
Memorial contributions may be made to the family (Brenda Pirmann) on behalf of the Openhand Children's Home and will be forwarded to Alice Mukui and the organization in Nairobi, Kenya.
