He is survived by: his parent Annie Campbell Kama; his wife Janet Kama of Leola, Pennsylvania.; his son Jason Kama; his son-in-law Clint Schroeder of Hayden, Idaho; and his children, A. M. Kama IV and Lynette Kama of Michigan. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
