We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2022, James Patrick Whipple of Harrison, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James David and Margaret Rose Whipple (Bednar). He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Cody Whipple (Courtney) of Harrison, ID, Daniel Whipple (Keri) of Otis Orchards, WA and Andrew Whipple (Courtney) of Smelterville, ID; and his siblings, Bonnie Grosser (Dale) of Port Trevorton, PA, Wendy Rappazzo (Joe) of Felton, PA, Vicki Best (Paul) of Harford, NY and Pete Steponkus (Karen) of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
This work changed the law so food banks were able to accept wild game donations New York State.
