He was predeceased by: his father Elfido Loya; his brother Ray Loya; and his nephew Isaiah Espinoza. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Loya; his son-in-law Nichole Wallace; his mother Natalia Loya; his siblings, Laura Loya, Michelle Loya, Alice Gonzales, Fred Loya, Catalino Loya, Piedad Loya, Michael Loya and Gabriel Loya; his son-in-law Ray Wallace; and also, Ray Wallace, His and Nichole Wallace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
