He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron E. Cobbley and Sibyl Slater Cobbley; his former wife Janet Rose Hahn; and his brothers, Leroy, Larry and David.

He is survived by: his former wife Pauline Huber (Brown); his children, Michael Cobbley (Ana) of Glendale, Rob Cobbley (Kari) of Rupert and Rachelle Wheatley (Kory) of Glendale, AZ.; his grandchildren, Dallyce Metzger, Grace, Vance Wheatley of Glendale, AZ and Mason Cobbley of Rupert, Idaho.; his great grandchildren, Sebastion and Laila Wheatley; and his siblings, Bill Cobbley (Sandy) of Blackfoot, Diane Allen (Jim) of Pocatello and Cheryl Reaves (Gale) of American Falls, Idaho..
