She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinnie Boatright (Southerland) and Earl Boatright; her siblings, Herb (Merlene), Clyde and Vinnie Pearl (AL "Dutch" Standley); and her granddaughter Annah Jean.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Heath (Chuck); her children, Cathy Lampo of Cedar City, Connie Livingston (Shawn) of Salmon, Mike Heath (Karen) of St George and Ron Heath (Suzy); and her sister-in-law Bing Boatright of Rathdrum. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
