He is survived by: his wife Cathy Shurtliff; and his children, Jason, Cher, Dan, Anthony, Chris, Ray, David, Ahtanya, Christine, Charlesa, Nathaniel, Lynda, Kellan, Alexander, Joshua, Matthew and Jeremy. He is also survived by spouses; 36 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
