It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Weiand of Hailey, Idaho, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugenie B. Osborn and William H. Osborn of Mansfield, Ohio.; her husband David M. Wieand; her sister Amy L. Connor; her niece Allison McKeever; and her sister Ann Gibbs.
