He was predeceased by: his father James Gallegos (Jim); his brother-in-law Mark Fisher; and his stepfather Norm Daluiso. He is survived by: his children, Winston James and Ruby Inez; his wife Andrea Lynn Palm; his mother Judy Daluiso; his sisters, Danette Fisher and Cynthia Gallegos (Sean Flynn); his half-brothers, Jake (Sam), Jason (Jodie) and Tommy Jon; and his stepbrothers, David (Tracy) and Brian (Kate). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Higher Ground non-profit organization and Hospice Care of the Wood River Valley.
