She is survived by: her husband Homer Hazelbaker; her daughter Sandra; her brother Harriman; and her children, Craig Hazelbaker (Kris), Christine Rogers, Sheri (David Halbeck), Melodie (Marty Worthington) and Kim (Todd Zumhofe). She is also survived by her children and many of her grandchildren.
