He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lindsay Heitman and Aiyana Lear; his wife Josi; his children, Steven (Mel), Colton (Hannah), Forrest, Hunter, Sequoia, Briar Rose, Lindsay and Aiyana; his parents, Wanda and Larry; and his brother Mike. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
