He was predeceased by: his father Rene Meyers; his stepfather Joe Hill; his grandparents, Roscoe, Elma Meyers, Irene and Duck Slack; his brother-in-law Dwayne Bentley; and his nephew Justin Bentley.
He is survived by: his former wife Vickie Rae; his sibling Ryan; his half-brother Chad; his spouse Café; his mother Lenore Hill; his sister Norene Bentley (Mary Beth); his children, Megan, Jake Wren, Rebekah, Justin Warden, Augustyne, Madelyne, Trenton and Zaydn Warden; his nephews, John, Jamie and Jason Bentley; and also, Ryan Meyers, Amy Waddell, Clay, Elizabeth, Tylar Meyers, Lane Pilant, Logan, Landon Waddell, Jeremy, Jessica Meyers, Kelcey, Shyann, Mya, Emily Meyers, Pam and Ty Wiltse.
