She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Charles Laws and Gladys Viola Laws (Davis); her siblings, Viola Lula Nichols (Howard) of Ohio, Albert Charles Laws of Oklahoma and Maurice Arthur Laws of New York; her children, David Seyer (Donna), Cynthia Seyer and Blaine Seyer; her grandchildren, Carla Cardinel (Doug), Adam Seyer, Melanie Jubelin (Benoit), Lacey Miller (Corey), Brandon Seyer, Jessica Bush and Justin Bush; her husband Henry Carl Seyer; her siblings, Edward Joel Laws, Elizabeth L Wolfe (Laws), Laura Emily Falanga (Howard), Viola M Julian (Laws), Georgianna Sliva (Howard), Herbert James Laws and Barbara Jackline Thomas (Laws); her great grandchild Parker James Miller; and also Henry. She was also cherished by 12 brothers and sisters.
