He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Danielle Weber (Greg) and Melissa Scholten (Peter Showler); his cousin Marsha Lance (Rick); his nephew Nicholas Scholten (Manuela); and his niece Camille Scholten.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to Gideons International, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation or a charity of their choice.
