He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hazelbaker (Dutch) and Myrtle Squibb; his wife Angele Kidder; his sisters, Ruth Mattson, Norma Pierson and Mildred Bormuth; his stepbrothers, Lewis, Jack and Larry Sotin; and his half-brother Bob Hazelbaker.
He is survived by: his former wife Flora Sotin; his children, Nick (Norma Staaf) and Lark Hall (Dick); his grandchildren, Brandon Hall (Amy) and Chelsey Hall; his great grandchildren, Quinn, Emma and Piper Hall; and also Robert Hazelbaker.
