He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran Henry and Helen Marietta Bassett (Hansen); his daughter Teresa Lee Clark; his former wife Patricia Marie Patterson (Pat) of Colorado; his daughter Angela Nicole Lee; and his siblings, Alvin, Lovell, Wendy, Connie, Geraldine and Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arletta Preece; his children, Tom LaDee Bassett (Kelly) of Soda Springs, Leslie Ann Osborne (Mike) of Grace, Bradley Dee Bassett, Wayne Bredehoft (Tina) of Grace, Rhonda Cole (Pocatello) and Brad Bassett (Tamra) of Pocatello; and his brothers, Curtis, Ted and Shuell Bassett.
