He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Sizemore and Marie Sizemore; and his daughter-in-law Shelley Sizemore. He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Maxwell; his wife Julie Sizemore of Gooding; his children, Alan Sizemore (Kelli) of Boise, Heidi Wolfe (Timbre) of Boise and Jill Mendivil (Christian) of Glendale, Arizona; and his sister Charlotte Landers of Baker City, Oregon.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
