He is survived by: his mother Connie Summers of Gooding; his former wives, Debbie Peterson and Lori Morell; his pet Kaos; his grandmother Neva Grisenti of Rupert; his aunt Jeanie Ruffing of Gooding; his children, Donald Vlahos (Veronica) of Gooding, Darick Peterson (Cheyenne) of Wendell, Kirtis Vlahos of Rupert and Kymie Butler (Robert) of Richfield, Utah; his brother Gregory Alkire of Gooding; his stepsiblings, Debbie McGee of Ruth and Bruce Vlahos of Ely, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Landen, Kayden, Carmela, Phoenyx, Ben, Olivia and Trinedy.
