She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Couch; her daughter Samantha Angelina Couch; her siblings, Betty Clampitt (Harvey) of Nampa and William Novis (Donna) of Gooding; her sons, Jerry Couch, Jr. and Clifford Couch (Audrey) of Lakeland, FL; and her granddaughter Samantha Angelina Couch of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
