She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Luther and Minniella Blake (Parker); her son Major Alan Blake Rowe; her friend James A. Rowe; her sibling Falls; her niece Diana Rowe of Gooding; her grandchildren, Destiny Pauls, Caitlin Rowe, Zachary Pauls, Levi Pauls, Nathan Pauls and Blake Rowe; and her siblings, John Blake (Ginny) and Shirley Sell (John).
