He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian and Apolonia; his son Mario; his siblings, Virginia Landa, Genaro, Eduardo, Adrian, Ramon and Guadalupe; his brother-in-law Lupe Leos; and his sister Delores Leos.
He is survived by: his former wife Maria Lydia Leos (Castaneda); his children, Elida Miles (Alvin), Rudy Mancias (Debbie), Julio Mancias Jr. and Selma Romero (Anthony); and his brother Remigo Mancias. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
