He is survived by: his wife Trisa Carter; his children, Stephanie Stutzman (Cody), Cody Wade, Nick Wade (Janeil), John Carter (Karlie), Jessica Zavala (Rigo), AshLee, Andrew, Jamie, Remmington and EmmaJo Carter; and his siblings, Randall Lange, Mike Carter, Mitch Carter, Kurt Carter, Rebecca Erickson, Ryan Carter, Jane Carter, Fred Carter, Erick Carter and Amber Rice.
