With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Wiscombe Astle in Gooding, Idaho, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William Wiscombe and Helen Lorna Whiting; her husband Sem; her sons, Jeff, Brad and Rick; and her grandson Tyler.
She is survived by: her uncle Elmer; and her children, Debra (Kelly) of Kimberly, Brenda (Matt) of Wendell, Doug (Janis) of Montana, Sherrie (Brian) of Utah and Jed (Leslie) of Blackfoot.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (160 S 660 E, Dietrich, ID 83324). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dietrich LDS Chapel. Mom survived many obstacles in her life, some of them being taken by a bull, freezing her foot, COVID and various surgeries.
