He is survived by: his wife Kristy Plutt; his daughters, Jessi Bard (Jeff) and Dani Anderson; his grandchildren, Avery, Graci Bard and Bailynn Anderson; his stepmother Launi Anderson; his siblings, Donald Anderson (Colleen), Tammy Lamb (Scott), Jeff Anderson (Wendy), Becky Haertel and Stephenie Merrill; his pets, Kenzie, Sammi and Josie; and his caregivers, John, Bonnie Bard, Jeff Anderson, Kelly Osborne, Mark Hayden and Jen Walling. He is also survived by extended family including many nieces and nephews.
