He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Maxwell and Jean Maxwell. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Hafen; his children, Kurt Maxwell (Julie) of Vernal, Utah, Tricia Maxwell (JB Slivka) of Gooding and Clint Maxwell (Ro) of Kemmerer, Wyoming; his brother Steve Maxwell (Kay) of Jerome; his grandchildren, John, Jeff, Blake, Lyla, Seth, Tye, Daxton and Krayden; and his nieces, Anya Bawden (Eric) and Amber Veenstra (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
