He was predeceased by: his mother Lula Bell Hager Bishop; his daughter Tamara M. Bishop Mercer; his father Hernice W. Bishop; and his siblings, Joe Cecil Bishop, Wayne Earl Bishop, Paul D. Bishop and Evelyn Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Bishop; and his children, Debra Sue Davis of Gooding, Bill Alan Bishop of Fairbanks and Rodney Lee Bishop of North Pole, Alaska. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and a great great-grandchild.
