He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don, Leona Aherin and Carol Messley; and his aunt Melissa Pierce. He is survived by: his parents, Darrel Aherin and Michelle Aherin of Genesee; his brothers, Dan Aherin (Stephanie) and Dustin Aherin (Kate); his sister-in-law Desaree Trower (Matt); his grandparents, Nancy, Tom Lightfield, Clarkston and Lowell Messley; his nephews, Cullen, Max and London; his uncles, Pat Aherin (Linda) and Clarence Aherin (Debbie); and his cousins, Jesse Aherin (Jamie), Colby Aherin, Clarkston, Tia Norland (Rusty) and Kayleigh Benton (Eric).

Before COVID-19, he needed a reset, so he moved home. We will forever be grateful that he moved back in with us and spent the COVID years here.
