It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Kay Akers of Fruitland, Idaho, born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on February 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Fredrick Forsdick and Leta Ellen Sayre; her sisters, Barbara and Phyllis; her former husband Johnnie Moore; her husbands, Mearl Taylor and Don of Year's Eve; and her granddaughter Susie Moore.

She is survived by: her son Ron Moore (Becky); her grandchildren, Chris and Tara Brotherton (Justin); her daughter Melissa Real (Robert); her grandchildren, Michael (Patricia), Sarah and Aaron; her daughter Joanie Orr; her grandchildren, Zachary Ingram (Danyel), Phillip Ingram (Codilyn), Matthew Ingram (Crystal), Alex Ingram, Sydnye Gaskins (Ken Alverson) and Savannah Wright (Michael); her daughter Leta Rast; her great grandchild Corey Moore; her siblings, Betty Sherer, Vivian Bowen, Judy Henningsen and Gary Forsdick (Shawna); her great grandchildren, Maddie, Gus Brotherton, Kendal, Lukas Real, Millie, Tanner Ingram, Gage Ingram, Samantha, Katelyn, Isaac, Emerly Ingram, Lennox, Maddix, River Ingram, Ben, Roran, Ellie, Ezra Ingram, Rylee Alverson, Allen, Keely Wright, Brian and Johnnie Rast; and her caregiver Jeannie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
