He was predeceased by: his parents, Jordan Ogburn and Betty Ogburn. He is survived by: his children, Paul Jr. (Beverly), Dave (Charlotte), Bryan (Jo) and Sandy Baskett (Greg); and his sister Betty. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
