She was predeceased by: her parents, George Anchustegui and Nina Anchustegui; her son Seth Leroy Glenn Fox; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her husband Larry Church; her daughter Katie Fox (Kenn Schappert); her granddaughters, Caitlin Burke (Kapen), Braidy and Courtney Schappert; her great grandchild Laiklynn Burke; her siblings, Denise Shewmaker (Dan) and Steve Anchustegui (Debbie); her sister-in-law Renee Anchustegui; and her niece Michelle. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
