He is survived by: his wife Dawna; his daughters, Tara Affholter (Randy) of Kennewick, WA, Monica Willis (Chuck) of Nampa, ID, Andrea Young (Doug) of Garden Valley, ID and Tami Howard (Nate) of Kuna, ID; and his sister Margie Jackson of Boise, ID..
