He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Cushman and Donna Cushman; and his sons, Adam and John. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol and Sarah; his wife Mona Pearson; and his grandchildren, Jake, Isaac, Brad, Kenna, Jaina, Allana and Olivia.
