She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Sheepskin and Ira Sequints; her husband Dave K. Begay; her daughters, Kimberly Lopez-Rodriguez and Paulette Joyce Begay; and her grandsons, Reed Begay and Clifton Luke Bache.
She is survived by: her close friend Ernest Todakozie; her children, Antionette, Loya (Carlos), Damita (Loren), Sunflower (Shane), Ira Begay and Iris (Kevin); and her siblings, Deland Little (Hunberta) and Irma Sequints. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
