He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wellington and Hazel Amy Crooke-Wellington; his sister Roberta Wellington-Jones; his niece Paulette Walema; his aunt Hazel Sinyella; and his nephew Dycie Jones.
He is survived by: his former spouses, Shannon Hendricks and Lilliann Tindore; his wife Lillian Tindore; his daughters, Ashley Marie Wellington (Vince Lamere) of Blackfoot, Alisha Dawn Wellington Figueroa (Daniel) of Blackfoot and Nicolette Ann Wellington (Jessica Schmidt) of Fort Hall; and his siblings, Lester Crooke, Florence Lumayaktewa, Angie W. Walema Bradley Wellington and Morton Wellington. He is also survived by six grandchildren, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
