She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Smith and Delthea Miller; her grandparents, Timothy and Josephine Miller; her siblings, Clifford Smith Jr., Gary Smith, Thomas, Tony Holbrook, Laurie, Linda, Cindy and Valerie Smith; her son Aaron Pabawena; and her nieces and nephews, Delight, Malona Momberg, Philip Ponzo, Tyler Smith and Christopher Pocatilla.
She is survived by: her brothers, Franklin Smith of Fort Hall Idaho, Gayland Smith of Fort Hall Idaho and Curtis Smith of Fort Hall Idaho; her children, Julie, Kimberly, Rhonda, Amber, Arlene, Kyle and Nyle Pabawena Jr.; her grandchildren, Shiloh Plenty Wolf, Ashlynn Pabawena and Jaxon Taylor; and her cousins, Zelberta, Dann and Mary. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
