He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Ochoa Batista and Andrea Silveyra; his wife Tena A. Batt; his children, John Robert Mejia and Jessica Silveira; and his grandparents, Jose Pedro Ochoa Almanza, Clementina Batista, Jose Silveyra and Octaviana Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his children, Tino Batt, Cesilio Silveira Jr. and Janet Denny. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other distant relatives.
