She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Craig Bruce Clark of Fish Haven, Idaho; her children, Lorie Porter, Kelsey Clark and Will Clark; her daughter-in-law Tori Clark; her grandchildren, MacKenzie, Calisha, Livvie Belle, Grayson and Coleman; her great grandchildren, Cruiz and Dash; her parents, Dr John and Jackie Worley of Logan; and her siblings, Patti Johnson, Kim Smith, Mary Lyn Emswiler and John Worley.
