He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Freeman and Neil Freeman; his son Terry; and his grandchildren, Sherie Freeman and Jason Freeman.
He is survived by: his former wife Marie Gardner; his wife Pat Freeman; his stepchildren, Keely Ziegler (Eddie Hooks), David Heath (Debbie) and Karen Penman (Jeff); and his siblings, Marilyn Cook (Ron), Norma Hillman (Darryll), Hallie Peterson (Collin), Tom Ritamski and Barbara King (Tim). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren.
