It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denny Elmer of Firth, Idaho, born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Elmer and Ada Lucille Zabriskie; his brothers, Jerry Elmer and Gene Elmer; and his nephew Jeffrey Elmer.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Elmer of Firth; his son Travis Elmer (Julie) of Firth; and his siblings, Cheral McAlevy of Blackfoot, Linda Kunz (Art) of Chubbuck, Ricky Elmer of Pocatello, Dean Elmer (Paula) of Blackfoot and Wilma Wallace (Scott) of Blackfoot. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help cover funeral and medical expenses.
