He is survived by: his wife Ilima Darlene Hoy of Firth, ID; his children, Stacey Kathryn Hoy of Huntington Beach, CA, Robert John Hoy (Lynette) of Huntington Beach, CA, Micheal Cummins (Sarah) of Banning, CA, Daniel James Cummins (Lindsey), Darlene Kalamaku Santoro (Erik Crester) of Muireta, CA, Vincenzo Anello Santoro of Mesa, AZ and Julia Marie Hoy (Brandon) of Pomona, CA; his siblings, John Walter Hoy (Doireann) of Austin, TX, June Marie Hoy of Duarte, CA, James Alan Hoy (Debra) of Mesa, AZ, Moana Lani Oliver of Firth, ID, Malia Rogina Garcia (Kit Saxton) of Basalt, ID, Maeva Lani Henderson (Brandon) of Firth, ID and Danielle Marie Mechling of Blackfoot, ID; and his mother-in-law Lehua Garcia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
