It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Higley of Firth, Idaho, born in Tooele, Utah, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard J. Higley and Lorna Hale Higley; and his sister-in-law Susan Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Sally Pratt; his daughter Kai; his uncle Clark Higley; his sister-in-law Margaret Gordon (JD) of Orem, UT; his nephew Travis Berg (Loey); his niece Amanda Leightley (Terry); his stepmother Kay Higley of Malad; his stepsiblings, Cindy, Vern and John; and his close friend Coco.
