She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose A. Heffley and Lola Josephine Gates Heffley; her sons, Kenneth Carter and Wally Norris, Jr.; and her siblings, E. J., Phillip, Jimmie Wayne, Ricky Dan, Roy Lee, Billy Carroll Heffley, Martha Dean Robertson, Doris Maxine Drake, Bettye Lee Coats and Pencie Elizabeth Miller.
She is survived by: her former husband Wallace Norris; her husband John Sparks; her grandchildren, Jennifer Cardon of Idaho Falls, Jessica Norris of Filer, Austin, Taylor, Leah Cardon, Kilha Rae Setterly and Shawn Norris; her sisters, Ruth Reynolds of Yuba City, CA and Patricia Cameron; and her stepchildren, John Sparks, Jr. (Debbie), Mike Sparks of Blackfoot, ID, Teresa Sparks, Tina Sparks and Rae Sparks of Idaho Falls. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
