It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rustin Bowen of Filer, Idaho, born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Bowen and Kaye Bowen; and his brother Randy of Idaho Falls.
