He is survived by: his parents, Edward Bill and Carmen Ramos; his daughters, Betty Arndt (Kelly), Andrea Stewart (Mike), Victoria Goff (Richard), Frankie Essmaker and Christina Bill; and his siblings, Joe Bill (Lupe), Edward Jr, Olga Getsinger (Nolan) and Paula Alexander (Mike). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild along with many Nieces and Nephews.
