It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Smith of Filer, Idaho, born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noy Brackett and Ruby Brackett; and her husband Don Smith. She is survived by: her sister Ruby Jaye; her aunt Beth; her uncle Patrick; her cousins, Ronda, Dee and Bethene; her daughter-in-law Pam; her caregiver Jean; her sons, Clint Smith (Pam) of Filer, Idaho and Chad Smith (Rebecca) of Elizabeth, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Don Wiltsie (Meghan) and Clayton Wiltsie (Jen); her brother Tim Wiltsie (Carrie); her nieces and nephews, Cole, Brooklyn and Talon; her siblings, Titus, Silas, Josiah, Malachi, Azariah Smith of Elizabeth, Colorado., Ann Gilbert (Arlo) of Citrus Heights, California, Joan Brackett of Ocean Park, Washington, Bert Brackett (Paula) of Three Creek, Idaho, Ruby Hokenson (Ed) of Nampa, Idaho and Chet Brackett (Kim) of Buhl, Idaho; and also, Zoiee, Maverick of Burley, Idaho, Josh, Gunnar, Allison and Sadie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
