Wenona Vickery Jensen Coombs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wenona Vickery Jensen Coombs in Emmett, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melvin and Helen Whiteley Vickery; her former husband Gary Richard Jensen (Dick); her husband Frank Coombs; her daughter Stephanie; her son-in-law Ralph Mouritsen; and her brothers, Ronald, Wayne and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Marita (Rod), Laurel, Vaughn (Lisa), Shelly (Mike), Eric (Brenda), Heather (Charlie) and Doyle (Trine); her son-in-law Alan (Carol); and her siblings, Phyllis, Renae, Mary, Kay, Julia, Duane, Donald, Mark and Jerry. She is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 124 great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Stake Center (980 W Central Rd, Emmett, ID 83617).
