She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Francis and Frieda Kay Helmick; her son Mike Griffith; her grandson Joseph Lee Eisenbeiss; and her siblings, Bob, Gary Helmick, Irene Canaday and Beulah Lytle.
She is survived by: her husband Winfield "Junior" Smith; her siblings, Keith "Bud" (Kay), Aaron, Ed (Beverly), Tim Helmick (Amy), Bernice Rogers (Leonard), Rose Darnell, Cleo Bramlett (Harold) and Karen Wildman (Dave); her sisters-in-law, Colleen Helmick and Carla Helmick; and her children, Dean Griffith, David Eisenbeiss, Todd Smith (Amanda), Kevin Smith (Lori) and Kathy Eisenbeiss. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
