He was predeceased by: his fathers, Jim Wallace and Gene Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Annie Waltman; his daughter Bree (Ralph); his siblings, Kathy Floyd and Gale Waltman; and his stepdaughters, Shannon Edwards and Ribbon Driscoll. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12, great grandchildren as well as numerous family members.
