He is survived by: his daughter Linda LaVoy Hayes; his wife Janet; his children, Kari Oeser (Jeff Gray), Tamera Rich (Larry) and Kipton Hayes (Michelle); his grandchildren, Karl, Samantha, Nathan, Joshua, Keaton and Calvin; his great grandchild Gaig; and his siblings, Noreen Freece and Harland Hayes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
