He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Koslosky and Marion Koslosky; and his son Michael Kent Koslosky. He is survived by: his son Chris Koslosky (Tracy); his sister Jocelyn Johnston; his grandsons, Angelo Koslosky and Justin Koslosky; and his pet Vesta.
